He is a Communications Officer with the Government Citizen’s Interaction Centre (GCIC) under State House.
Arthur is a Digital Writer and Editor at Uganda Media Centre too.
The goal of the Government Citizen’s Interaction Centre (GCIC) is to facilitate Open Governance, provide platforms for policy engagement, amplify government’s messaging and translate it into citizen action.
Arthur Musinguzi was trained by Deutsche Welle (DW), a Media company based in Germany and studied Journalism and Communication at Makerere University.
He has worked for various companies investing his vast experience, energy, skill and expertise to link Government, Ministries, Departments & Agencies to citizens using New Media.
Musinguzi is certified at Digital Content Creation, Social Reporting and Media Buying.
